• Every hat is custom made and no hat is exactly the same.

• Sizes vary between different brands and just because you wear a certain size in one you may not be the same for another brand. Before custom order is placed measurement of head is necessary. To measure, you will place a soft tape measure just above the ears. Please measure in inches, this will help determine hat size. 

• If you receive one of our  products and it does not satisfy you, you can refund the product at 100%, but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will refunded to buyer when the artist has received the product in the condition it was shipped. 

• Shipping is an additional charge.  An estimated cost for shipping will be given to client at time of inquiry.

• A storage fee of 20 dollars will be applied if client has not collected custom hat or if shipping charges have not been paid within 14 days of invoice. The storage fee will have to be paid prior to receiving hat.

• Mrs Stovy Art & Decor is not liable for loss or damages once the hat has been delivered.

• Mrs Stovy Art & Decor is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier.

• Delivery options are available and will be an additional charge based on location. (Delivery will only be provided in Dallas and surrounding areas.)

• Mrs Stovy Art & Decor has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Mrs Stovy Art & Decor is not responsible if you order the incorrect hat size.

• When inquiring about a custom hat you agree to terms and conditions as a binding contract for artwork.
